The project has now reached 65% completion of the structural framework, a key milestone in its development. The columns of the second floor have been successfully completed, and the second-floor slab is fully prepared, with formwork and steel reinforcement works finalized and ready for concrete pouring. These accomplishments highlight that construction is progressing on schedule with the anticipated delivery date in December 2025.
